These programs span 30 years of railroad videography. The material
was mastered first on 16mm film then on VHS,
broadcast quality tape formats and now on DVCAM.
Each program comes with a sheet of log notes listing date, location,
motive power and where possible, the name or designation of each train.
In addition, locaters and dates are superimposed over the first scene
of each location. With the exception of Thundering Rails,
there is No Narration and No Music. Locomotives and
cabooses (if any) and major portions of each train are included.
